Etiquette at Casa Spa
**Important Rule**
Our spa is exclusively ladies only. Please be aware of this before booking. Please also note that we no longer accept male bookings.
When booking
Please notify our receptionists prior to booking your session if you have high blood pressure, any medical conditions, physical ailments, disabilities or allergies, or if you are pregnant.
On Arrival
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment, in order to register, change and begin your session on time.
Hammam Attire & Guest Guidelines
Our hammam is a traditional communal bathing space designed to offer an authentic and restorative experience.
While swimwear is permitted, participation is swimsuit-optional. Some guests choose to experience the hammam fully naturally and may be unclothed during portions of the service. This is a personal choice that we respect and accommodate.
Guests must meet the minimum age of 16 to enter the hammam. If a guest wishes to bring anyone under the age of 16, please contact us via email prior to your arrival, where our staff will approve their attendance if they deem it appropriate. In such cases, parents and guardians must be aware that nudity may be present in shared areas and should carefully consider whether the hammam environment is appropriate.
We are unable to guarantee that all guests will be wearing swimwear at all times, and we cannot restrict other guests’ attire choices.
Guests seeking additional privacy are encouraged to inquire about private services or alternative options that may better suit their comfort level.
If you have any questions prior to booking, our team is happy to assist.
During your session
Please let your therapist know if you wish to adjust anything in your treatment room. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience – we are happy to modify the room temperature, the massage pressure to suit your desire. We are here to ensure your personal comfort.
Casa Spa policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that your mobile phone be put on silent.
Cancellation
Hammam rituals and beauty services require advanced reservation and payment. Payment can be made at the time of your booking, either in person or by phone with your credit card number.
Please note, the spa operates a 48 hour prior notice cancellation policy. Failure to comply with this could result in loss of deposit or voucher forfeit.
If a booking is changed, it means you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Casa Spa and any other entities associated cannot accept liability or responsibility for any injuries, and loss/damage of personal items within the premises. The recipient acknowledges upon booking that this term is binding and accepted. The customer acknowledges that it is their duty to notify the spa of any health conditions that may be affected by any of the spa treatments prior to booking.
A 50% charge will be applied for treatments not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.
Should we enter into a government issued lockdown, or should the government advise against visiting health spas and leisure centres, we can only issue a gift voucher to be used at a future date when possible, and a refund may not be available until further notice.
