Upon entering the Hammam, leave behind the noise of the outside world. The gentle sound of water and the whisper of friendly voices create a peaceful atmosphere. Silence is a crucial part of the pleasure of the experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the calming environment.

Value Your Time

Our Hammam experiences last for varying amounts of time. Punctuality is essential; arriving late means you lose valuable time that cannot be made up. Arriving 15-20 minutes before your appointment allows you to register, change, and begin your session promptly.

Courtesy and Respect

Whether visiting alone or in a group, full respect for the calm and space of other visitors is required. The Hammam is a sanctuary of peace, and maintaining a considerate attitude ensures everyone can enjoy their experience.

Simplicity and Decorum

Our rules are few and simple to follow:

  • The use of a swimsuit or bikini is compulsory (available for purchase if needed).
  • Showering before entering the thermal baths is mandatory.
  • Observing decorum and respect for others is paramount.

Ladies Only

Our spa is now exclusively ladies-only every hour, Monday through Sunday. Please be aware of this before booking. We no longer accept male bookings.

Booking and Health Considerations

When booking your session, please notify our receptionists if you have high blood pressure, any medical conditions, physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or if you are pregnant. This information helps us tailor your experience to ensure your safety and comfort.

Attire and Comfort

Dress however you feel most comfortable. We provide bathrobes, pestemal (traditional hammam towel), slippers, kessa (exfoliating glove), and all the necessary products for most of the Hammam rituals.

During Your Session

Your comfort is our priority. Please inform your therapist if you wish to adjust anything in your treatment room, whether it’s the room temperature or the massage pressure. This is your time, and we are here to ensure you enjoy every moment.
