Spa Etiquette and Terms

**New Rule**

Please note we have updated our policy on ladies-only day. 

Monday to Sunday in now exclusively ladies only from 11am – 3:30pm. Please be aware of this before booking.

Should you want to book a ladies only spa session outside of the women exclusive times, please notify within your booking information. Thank you.

When booking

Please notify our receptionists prior to booking your session if you have high blood pressure, any medical conditions, physical ailments, disabilities or allergies, or if you are pregnant.

On Arrival

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment, in order to register, change and begin your session on time.

Attire

Please dress however you feel most comfortable. Bathrobes, pestemal, slippers, kessa and all the products are provided for most of the Hammam rituals.

During your session

Please let your therapist know if you wish to adjust anything in your treatment room. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience – we are happy to modify the room temperature, the massage pressure to suit your desire. We are here to ensure your personal comfort.

Casa Spa policies

In consideration of other guests, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone.

Cancellation

Hammam rituals and beauty services require advanced reservation and payment. Payment can be made at the time of your booking, either in person or by phone with your credit card number.

Please note, the spa operates a 48 hour prior notice cancellation policy. Failure to comply with this could result in loss of deposit or voucher forfeit.

Casa Spa and any other entities associated cannot accept liability or responsibility for any injuries, and loss/damage of personal items within the premises. The recipient acknowledges upon booking that this term is binding and accepted. The customer acknowledges that it is their duty to notify the spa of any health conditions that may be affected by any of the spa treatments prior to booking.

A 50% charge will be applied for treatments not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.

Should we enter into a government issued lockdown, or should the government advise against visiting health spas and leisure centres, we can only issue a gift voucher to be used at a future date when possible, and a refund may not be available until further notice.

Coronavirus Disclaimer

The spa is taking the highest precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for its customers and staff alike. Casa Spa, and any other entities associated cannot, and will not, accept any liability for any coronavirus related matters. The greatest efforts are being put forward by the spa to prevent its spread, however it’s not a liability that the spa will take on board due to its sporadic nature and nearby impossible traceability.

If you are feeling unwell, have a high temperature, a cough of any sort or loss of taste or smell, we kindly request that you refrain from visiting the spa and be safe.
