Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hammam rituals and beauty services require advanced reservation and payment. Payment can be made at the time of your booking, either in person or by phone with your credit card number.

Please note, the spa operates a 72 hour prior notice cancellation policy. Failure to comply with this could result in loss of deposit or voucher forfeit.

Casa Spa and any other entities associated cannot accept liability or responsibility for any injuries, and loss/damage of personal items within the premises. The recipient acknowledges upon booking that this term is binding and accepted. The customer acknowledges that it is their duty to notify the spa of any health conditions that may be affected by any of the spa treatments prior to booking.

A 50% charge will be applied for treatments not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.

Should we enter into a government issued lockdown, or should the government advise against visiting health spas and leisure centres, we can only issue a gift voucher to be used at a future date when possible, and a refund may not be available until further notice.

Important: We must inform you that refunds may take up to 8 weeks to process once approved.
